I've got this memory installed G.SKILL NS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-4GBNS on ASRock H61M/U3S3 motherboard with Intel G850 CPU. I checked the BIOS and this is what it shows...

Dram Timing Control
Dram Frequency DDR-3-1066
Auto Setting
DDR3-800
DDR3-1066
DDR3-1333
Should I change the setting from Auto to DDR3-1333?

The ASRock H61M/U3S3 Memory Support List has this note "Note1: Due to the configuration of chipset, the H61 default speed is 1333 MHz even with K series CPU"

Also Supports Dual Channel DDR3 1600.

I'm clueless on this and any advice appreciated. Also didn't know if I should post this in Memory or Motherboards.

Thanks for the reply Deders, I switched it over to 1333. Seems a little quicker and improved my computer's Windows Experience Index score from 5.0 where it's been stuck on for a long time to 5.1.

I wish I'd have ran it before I changed memory and taken a screenshot so I could compare the memory operations per second score. It's 5.9 score with 1333 setting.

I may change BIOS back to Auto Setting make sure it runs at 1066 then do the Windows test again just to see.
