Changing memory; 2x 512 to 2x 1gb, both Corsair XMS pc3200

Do I have to make some adjustments to account for the larger sticks? I loosened the timings and upped the vcore a bit, but still was not stable.

Unless you are OCing then you shouldn't have to loosen the timings. What timings are you running at?
