Changing IRQs

Is there a way to change the IRQs in device manager in windows XP? Because I am getting random crashes on my video card, and plus other devices are conflicting with each other. Currently, I do not have any pci cards beside the agp slot. Seems like what I have found so far is that the irq are fixed, hope it's not the case here.

i don't believe that IRQ conflicts are causing the problem, i've had 7 devices assigned to one and my system ran fine, even when it came to gaming. WinXP handles IRQ sharing really well.

If you don't believe, you can try changing your IRQs, reset your ESCD in the BIOS and it should assign new IRQs to your devices, or, move a device to a diff PCI slot and then reset configuration through the BIOS once again. You CANNOT modify the IRQ settings through windows.
