Changing IRQs with K7T Turbo

I am trying to change the IRQs so I can play everquest. The problems im having are that my sound and my NIC are on the same IRQ and when i try to change them through the Device manager, it tells me "This resource setting can not be modified. I went into my BIOS and turned off the automatic IRQ option and set it to manual but i still have no luck. If anyone knows how to do this or had a similar expierence please let me know. Thanks
