Changing IRQs in win2k

Generally you don't. IRQs are mapped to PCI slots which is setup by the BIOS, if you're having problems with a device change it's slot, Creative apparently doesn't care too much for the PCI specs and their devices are known to have issues that can be solved by moving their cards around.
