Changing IRQ?

I'm trying to change my video card IRQ from one to another but it is won't let me because its plug and play i think. Is there anyway to get around this? I'm using Windows Xp.

If your motherboard is ACPI compliant and the OS is set to ACPI
you probably never will be able to properly set the IRQ to what you want.

If it is non-ACPI motherboard, you should be able to map the IRQ to most
devices, but some manufacturer's set them in stone.

Why are you trying to move the Video IRQ?
