Changing IRQ settings?

How do I change IRQ settings? I have 5 things on IRQ10 with my modem, Radeon, 2 IRQ Holder for PCI Steering, and Master Riptide Audio Device. And on IRQ11 I have my Sound Blaster Live Value, USB host controller, and 2 IRQ Holder for PCI Steering. Could the problem be that I have a modem/sound card combo? ALso what is IRQ Holding for PCI Steering?

I say unless you have a conflict, dont worry. In win2k on my kt7a-raid board I have 8 things sharing the same irq. I cant believe there is no conflict, but have learned not to worry........yet.

i think if u really want to change u IRQ check u bios. There should be irq setting at there. And if u want to force it change it at control panel-- system -- hardware setting -- device manager -- properties.

(remember change it at u own risk)

I had the same problem with win2k, where my video card would share my sound and network cards.
I resolved it by changing ACPI driver (In device manager under "Computer&quot😉 to "Standard".
Hope this helps.
