Changing IRQ in Win2k

I am using Win2k (SP2) and my SB Live! and ALi PCI to USB Open Host Controller are sharing IRQ 10. I know the SB Live! can cause some problems by hogging the PCI bus. Is there any way I can change the IRQ of one of the devices without formatting and reinstalling? It is not causing me big problems, but occasionally the system will lock up and repeat the same sound over and over. This usally happens when I'm listening to Winamp or playing a game. I believe this may be the result of the IRQ sharing, but since it is not a big problem I don't want to put in a lot of work just to change the IRQ of these devices.
