Changing IEs Look in XP

Hey, is there any way to change the IE icon set (or theme) in Windows XP to make IE look like the way it does when it's running on a Win2k machine? ie, without the fruity green back and forward buttons, etc. I would like to do this on a few WinXP machines so any help would be greatly appreciated!
