Changing forum colors?

with the new version, I didn't notice the little personal options at the top there. It was easier to find before. It's also 5 a.m.

since you guys were so helpful, any idea why my quick reply box displays in Phoenix, but is not there in IE?
 
In IE, there should be a red arrow at the top of the thread, click it, and a quick reply box will pop-up.

Mine is docked at the bottom in Opera, but not in IE. I think there is an option for this somewhere.

They changed stuff, and it doesn't work like it used to 🙁
I like having my profile dark, but the way things are set up I can't change the yellow bar at the top that has the search box and what not. I like having everything black, with white fonts. but it changes the font in the yellow box, and I can't change the yellow box to be dark.
