Changing font size in NT4 with Win 2000 disk?

Stupid HP at work comes with an win2000/NT4 restore disk. I wanted to change my screen font size to large, but no dice. I have to load the font from somewhere. cga....fon or something like that. Can I do that from my Win 2000 disk? Or do I have to track down an NT 4 disc somewhere?
