Changing Firefox Text Color

I have a persona that I like for FireFox, however when I applied it, the text was black. This wouldn't be a problem if the background wasn't black as well.

Is there a way to edit this persona I downloaded? Is there a way to change the FireFox menu and toolbar font color?

I used the last post here, but it changes after I exit FireFox.

I think a work-around it could be to get a default FireFox theme that is black with white text, but I cannot find one that looks like the original FireFox theme.
