Changing faulty mobo for new one, need answers.

I've had a P4P800 Deluxe (not E) for a while, its always on 24/7. This morning the PC was in the post part with a nasty little message saying Intrusion Detected. System Halted ! ... I have chassis intrusion disabled, as how the manual says. Definitely the mobo is dead.. after hours of troubleshooting changing everything from memory, cpu, psu, also went and changed the pin to the intrusion detection header. Basically performed a complete testing of the components, all of them worked on my other mobo (P4C800e Del). Im out of options as to think how am i going to get the data out of the raids. My question is, all my data is on two raids.. one Raid 0 using the SATA, another Raid 0 with the ATA133. If i change motherboard would the new mobo recognize those already configured and perfectly working raids? Im asking because on Compaq Smart Arrays the configuration is stored on the harddrives themselves.. I want to know because i would buy a newer p4p800-e del to replace this faulty one. Anyone has had this same situation?
