Changing drive letters

I have 2 CD drives, one is D and one is E, I want to change that though...want the D one to be E, and the E one to be D. How do I go about doing this?

Runnin XP Pro.

Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel. Double click the Administrative Tools icon. Double click the Computer Management icon. On left hand side of window that pops up, select Disk Management (under Storage). Select the drive you wish to change (bottom right pane), right click it and select "Change Drive Letters and Paths"
