I'm running XP Pro with two IDE harddrives. My primary drive is split into two partitions, C: and D:. I then have my CDRW as drive E:. I just added a second harddrive that now shows up as drive F:. Is there an easy way to make my CDRW F: and the second harddrive E:?

In Windows 2K, you go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management, Select the drive, right click, and select change drive letter and path.
