Changing DNS Servers

I currently have comcast as an isp. I have a cisco small business rvs4000 router. My question is on my router since I have to configure my internet connection as auto config dhcp it will not let me specify the dns servers in that page.
See here

The only way it lets me put my DNS servers in is on this LAN page.

But on the summary page it still lists Comcast DNS servers so does that mean that I am only using the dns servers I listed on the LAN and once it hits the WAN side it all goes to comcast DNS servers anyway?

Does that mean my computers on my lan network end up using comcast DNS servers regardless of the DNS servers I input?

In the 2nd screenshot you posted...the DHCP server in your router is going to give its DHCP clients (i.e. Computers/Devices on your LAN) the DNS addresses that you have specified. When the client needs to lookup an IP address via DNS, it's going to send that request to whatever DNS server is configured on TCP/IP Properties of the adapter (which would be the server information distributed by DHCP). The only exception to that would be if the router is monitoring for DNS requests and re-writing the packets so they go to a different DNS server...but that shouldn't be happening.

after you change your dns settings don't forget to
a) Save settings (and restart the router if applicable)
b) Renew your DHCP licenses on your computers (ipconfig /renew, or restart the machine)
