Changing/deleting/adding Pinned start menu items

Suppose I wanted to delete and add items to a the Pinned portion of the start menu on 10,000 machines. Where the heck is the registry key or profile folder where pinned start menu items are located?!

Google searching, registry searching, and good ol' HDD searching have only shown me how to turn it off or right click and add
