Changing default photo name system on ipads

I realise the answer to this is probably no. I don't think you can do this with any other camera or os, but it would be really useful.

At work we have many ipads. Specifically I have 12 ipads and two macbooks all backing up photos to the same icloud account. One of the macbooks uses the google photo uploader to keep a backup in google drive. If you want to find a specific photo by name e.g. IMG_0515.jpg then you end up with 12 different photos all with the same name. It doesn't help that other people at work also back up their photos to google drive and I can't find a way to search within certain folders for photos.

Is it possible to set a suffix or alter the naming scheme to include the name of the ipad that took the photo so I could search for something like IMG_0515_1.jpg?
