my current case is a 233watt atx case (3 cd drive slots and 2 floppy drive slots) i am swapping it for a Avalon Steel Midi ATX P4/AMD 400 watt PSU (from ebuyer.com) would it be easy to swap everyhing over
and would a newer case improve cooling?
 
A quiet 120mm blow hole located above the CPU seems to be the best cooling answer. It's tuff to cut a new case, but from a cooling perspective, well worth it.
