Changing appearance in windows 7

In vista you could go to classic mode under "window color and appearance" --> Open classic ... I like this because I like to use 125 dpi while making the fonts of titles smaller. I can't seem to find the option in 7 though, can anyone point me there?
 
Edit: nevermind found it under window colors if anyone's curious, not the dpi setting.
