Changing Antec SL400 PSU fan(s)

Does anyone know anything about changing the fans in this PSU? I think they are thermally controlled (I sure hope so because the one at the back seems to be pushing about 3-4 CFM right now!) so I don't know if they are hardwired to the PSU. If anyone has any experience they can share it would be appreciated.

Sometimes they're sodered onto the circuit board, sometimes it's a two-pin connector. Other times I don't know.
