changing ACPI and USB IRQ on ASUS CUV4X-D

Hi , my ACPI and USB controller are sharing IRQ 9 on my Dual P III 1 GHz Asus CUV4X-D mb. When I tried to install my Kodak DVC325 web cam , it is recognised properly and the Windows 2000 Pro starts to install the drivers , at this point the whole machine freezes completely. I have downloaded the latest VIA 4 in 1 and the USB filter drivers, to no use. Is is due to the IRQ sharing/conflict ? how do I change the IRQs of these devices ( ACPI controller and the USB controller ? please help.
