I didn't know much about paypal... and I choose premier also... but I downgraded ^_^

a lot of people have 2 accounts... one for accepting credit cards, the other for other

Once your a premier account, you can only go back to personal once, ever. Also, if you're selling on ebay, you have to accept cc payments.

search for "downgrade" on paypal's help menu turned up empty...they must not want anyone to do it 🙁

it seems that you can't change it yourself, you have to *ask* a paypal rep to do it for you?? how stupid. all the help pages just dump me on a "contact us!" page :disgust:
