I've got a bit of a problem. I recently posted a heatware eval for a trader and accidentally selected Neutral instead of Positive. The trader was awesome and has a perfect heatware record except for my loser mistake. I have sent an email to heatware support several times and get no response and the eval has not been changed.
Has anyone had a similar issue and if so, any suggestions on how to get it resolved?
