Meh. Probably an access road or something on a test track.

What's extra fun though is if you have a European car that uses wheel bolts instead of lug nuts. Trying to get the tire lined up is a b*tch and a half without having the lugs to thread it on.

Yep in the time I could put on two wheels on my SRT I put only one on my old Bug.

Agreed thought the point of the wheel bolts is to be idiot proof so that you don't have people putting on the lug nuts backwards which happens all too often..
