Changing a drive letter in Win XP

I just swapped a few drives in my computer for new ones and now the drive letters are all screwed up my second hd is now F and my new dvd/cdrw is D, how do I change it back so the primary ide bus slave is d and the secondary slave is f? I'm running windows xp pro and cant seem to find the setting I need.

start /control panel/performance and maintainance/administrative tools/computer management shortcut/disc management

then right click to change drive letters of the drives
