changes to FSB on my 7N400 Pro has not effect, I am at 1100 MHZ on my amd 2500 HELP PLEASE!!!!

I just put together my computer today and when i change the FSB on my motherboard, the giga-byte 7n400 pro it does not change the MHZ. my motherboard's FSB is set to 166 and the ratio is set to normal (11 i think is what the normal is) and i cant get past 1100mhz, I am kind of a noob at this so i might be doing something dumb, the board also has dual bios so maybe i am screwing that up but plz plz plz help me, going nutz here

There is a little blue switch just below the northbridge and above the agp slot, change the setting.

I guess checking the manual was out of the question?

When in doubt, check the manual.
