Changed settings, how to delete history without system restore?

I clicked to change colors in Windows Media Player 11 then I uninstalled it so I could get it back to like it was before but WMP 10 had exactly the same setting like the OS had saved my settings. How do you delete the history of your clicks without clicking on system restore?

I did click on system restore but need to know the next time because I found I could not delete WMP 11 again. It was very weird.
