Changed my CPU now my mobo is beeping

I changed my cpu from a athlon slot 700mhz...to a950mhz....the cpu booted up fine but now i get beeping......actually it is repetitive and wont shut up......it sounds like{dont laugh } deedooo deedoo deedoo deedoo deedoo deedooo deedoo deedoo deedoo deedoo deedooo deedoo deedoo deedoo deedoo
How can i fix? I reset the cmos and went back to the 700 and it still beeps. even while the computer runs fine!
it does this all day long...about to disconnect the speaker......luckily its my second computer.

fixed it....didnt hook the cpu fan back up to the right connector.....forgot that it has alarm for the fan in case it isnt connected or fan dies.
