Is there a way to change your global IP?
Or hide it or divert it so it looks like you live somehwere else?

It's always possible to make it look like you're from somewhere else. However, if you have a connection to anywhere, that connection will lead back to you and there's nothing you can do about it. It'll just take more time to find out depending on how elaborate the setup is.
 
Im tryin to register to this site and it keeps saying my global IP
and I want some privacy and want them to get the wrong IP...

If it's a forum, many forums do this. The IP, however, is only visible to admins, not the rest of the users. On most forums anyway.
