Change where temporary internet files go

Hey peoples,

Does anyone know how to change where cookies and the temporary internet files go to? By default, they go to c:\documents and settings\<user>\local settings\ and cookies go to \cookies.

I want to be able to change them to c:\temporary internet files\ and c:\cookies\
