Just a bit more clarification, altho bozo1 has the bulk of this right.
You should use that command prior to installing a program on a W2K server that has Terminal Services installed and set for Terminal Server mode IF you can't install the program through the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel (which is the preferred method).
However, if your W2K Server was Terminal Services installed and set for Remote Admin mode, this command isn't necessary when installing a program.
