Change Thunderbird reply/quote text?

Well apparently the mozillazine forums search is down: "The forums are in overload mode. Searching has been disabled."

Is there a way in Thunderbird to change the reply-to text? For instance, I hit reply, and it says

so-and-so wrote:

and then goes on with the quoted text. I want it to say, similiar to Eudora,

on such-a-date-and-time, so-and-so wrote:

I would think this could be done, but I don't see an option for it. I was gonna search their forums but the stupid thing is down. Any help?

Yeah, i ended up using something like that . Actually, the prefs extension lets you work with it too. Good stuff.

hmmm... it works on mozilla as well
but i can't make the time display before the sender
i want:

I thought one of the options allowed a custom field...it would just be a matter of putting the corresponding code values in the order you wanted. Maybe I could play with it later tonight...
