Change the motherboard fan?

I have an Abit NSF-7. It seems like the fan on it is starting to grind on bootup. Is it possible to change this fan? If so, what size would you say that fan is? Thanks!

The chipset fan? or the CPU fan.. the chipset fan can be replaced.. so can the CPU Fan.. depending on the heatsink your using..

for chipset fans.. just search google for Northbridge Cooler.. or Chipset Cooler.. or if you want the same type as the old one..


Same as NFS-7 Chipset cooler..

Northbridge fans are generally miserable junque, and completely unnecessary. do yourself a favor, get one of these, never mess with it again-
