You will most likely kill the BIOS if you flash using another motherboards BIOS even if it's the same manufacturer.

You should be happy with that overclock. To go higher, you'd have to change the motherboard and heatsink, which isn't a cost effective option. I recently changed to a sparkle 300w power supply with 12cm side fan to lower my cpu temps. It was overheating, and this power supply is quieter and reduced the cpu temps by at least 5 degrees celcius. For $28 at newegg, it is a bargain. Don't know if it will fit in your case; it's for standard atx cases only.

I tried Thermaltake Volcano 12, instead of stock heatsink and fan, but the thing is in extreme condition computer shuts down by it self and restart. The main problem is i cannot change the VCORE. It is at 1.478 or 1.48, or 1.5. I tried Clock Gen but it does not support my Motherboard MS-6741. Is there is any way i can change my VCORE to 1.55. I think that should do it.

You can check newegg for a refurbished motherboard. They sometimes have them for about $30. I know of no program that will allow you to adjust the mobo voltage. Some enthusiasts will mod the tiny pins on the surface of the socket a cpus, but I've tried it, and it sometimes doesn't work and causes other problems. If you change boards, be sure your case doesn't use a custom connector from the front of the case to the board for things like power switch, hardrive led, etc. If it does, then a regular board won't work without some wiring mods.
