Change tabbed browsing in Safari?

Hey everyone, I've been playing around with the new Safari nightlies and I like it a lot, now that I've gotten the RSS functions figured out. The one thing I can't seem to nail down is the tab behavior.

In Firefox I use Tabbed Browsing Preferences to make every link open in a new tab. I've looked around and I can't seem to find anything in Preferences or any plugin that will allow me to make Safari do this. Has anyone found anything like this?

Thanks in advance!

Are you using Safari on a Mac or a PC?

Sorry, it's on a Mac running 10.5.2.

No prob... Check out SafariStand, i'm not 100% sure it can do what you want, but it mentions;

feature

* Sidebar (thumbnail tab)
* 'Stand Bar' (Bookmark, History, Side Bar compatible, Simple RSS Reader)
* 'Quick Search'
* 'Stand Serach' - supports Spotlight
* 'Action Menu'
* 'Restore Last Workspace'
* 'Site Alteration'
* intelligent Plug-in blocking
* open Target Link in New Tab
* ...and many more

Might be worth a try...

SafariStand works just fine, I finally got rid of it since I had already trained my brain to Apple+Click on all links.... easier for me on a laptop than on a desktop. But, if you are on a desktop, and you have a standard 3 button mouse, the middle click should do it by default.
