Change owner on laptop

I am the second owner of an HP Pavilion dv600 laptop. The former owner is not available. I have removed his name as administrator and added mine. I don't know how to remove his name as owner and have settled for TED\Justin. (Justin is former owner). I want to install iTunes 9 in my name but I can't get it to do anything but C:\Users\Justin\Desktop\iTunes setup.exe.
I want to transfer music files from My iTunes on my other computer and as precarious as iTunes is to deal with (at my level of technical knowledge anyway) I want the file to be under my name, but don't know how to do that. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of Justin?

I forgot to mention that I am running Vista.

You need to be in the real Adminstrator account to do what you want. You also need to disable the User Account of Justin before you try to delete it.

Have you considered reloading the OS on the computer ?? This way you start off with a fresh install.

Wow! Thanks for the help, however that is too tricky for me. It looks like since I am also listed as a administrator (I think) that i could just install iTunes in a file with my name on it. Oh well, thanks for your answer.
