change optical drive in laptop?

Satellite X205-S9349 can I change the optical drive? It doesnt have the pop out arm that pulls it out. So if it can be changed, how? thanks for any help.
 
You would have to completely tear the thing apart, remove the optical drive, order a new one, hope that you can replace the door on it so it will be flush, and then put it all back together again.

Conversely, you can spend ~$60 on an external USB based one.
