It irks me when I've had something planned for a week, call to find out what time I should be at the venue for, only to be told..."Sorry I forgot." or "We had plans?" or "We never confirmed it" (when we in fact had).  This is after I waited for them to grab a pen so they could write it in their agenda the week before.  
It bothers me because I could have accepted other plans but turned them down since I already had something planned, and now I'm left with nothing to do at that point in time. Moreover, it shows a lack of respect on the other person's behalf. It's as if they wasted my time.
I dunno, am I just being petty here?
