change ntfs to fat32

When i was installing WinXP and reading through the documentation, it sounded like once you to to NTFS you cant go back to FAT32 without reformatting. You can however go from FAT32 to NTFS without a reformat. But I'm not positive on this, so....

Windows has no native ability to convert NTFS back to FAT32, short of a FDISK/reformat.

You will need to use Partition Magic for a non-destructive solution.
