Where can I change the timing on my DS3 for the memory? Also whats the best way to o/c with this board? Should I let my mobo adjust voltages as I up the FSB?

No, dont let the DS3 adjust CPU voltage automatically, it does that by default and excessively so raising your temps. If you have a Core2 duo (e6300 or e6400) you can OC it up to 40-50% usually on stock voltage (1.325-1.34). Further info OC'ing: http://forums.anandtech.com/categories.aspx?catid=28&entercat=y

When you are in the BIOS screen, hit Ctrl-F1. This will add a bunch of options including the memory settings. This is a Gigabyte thing. 😛
