Sounds st00pid, but i can't find how to do it. I have 2 drives in a raid-0 array, (i think that's why partition magic gives me errors).

Btw i want to change it from E: to C: b/c im sick of programs wanting to install on the C: drive and just a bunch of other little stuff.

oh im running xp pro.

There's a FAQ page linked at the top of this forum. Read it.

Don't change the C: partiton, it's the system drive and will mess things up. If you don't want things to install on the C: partition then point them to the other partition. With 99% of the programs you install you can tell them where to install at, from the partition to the folder you want them to be in.

I prefer to keep all of my games on a 30GB partition that I put in a folder called "Games" instead of "Program Files". I just have to change the installation directory each time I install a game.

I only have 1 partition, which is labeled as my 'E' drive. Everything is on it, my os and files. But, for obvious reasons, i don't want it as my 'E' drive, i want it as my 'C' drive!

Edit: BTW i don't have a 'C' drive
