Change Drive Letter

ok, i just reinstalled win2k. i backed everything up, then unplugg my secondary hd. i formatted my primary hardrive then installed 2k. After setting up the OS i attatched my second harddrive. 2k started up but the drive letters setup like this:
floppy - a
main HDD - c
cdrom - d
second HDD - e

i would really like my secondary harddrive to switch drive letters with the cd rom. How can i do this?

start> program files> admin tools> computer management

when the window comes up select disk management. then right click. its right there.
