Change CD key in XP?

Installed our downloaded MSDN XP (gives only a single activation license), but MSDN shipment w/10 licenses will be showing up soon...is there a way to change the CD key to the volume license version? I know in 98 it could be done, but doesn't show in regedit except as ProductID, which doesn't correspond.

Thanks for any help...
