Chances this could hurt my video card?

Hey guys, I have a BFG 5900nu card I just got (actually the second one as the first one i got was defective). I installed coolbits and did auto detect a number of times now. It consistantly tells me to run it at or around 520+/1005+ setting. I normally am all over overclocking no problem but these setting seem crazy fast. Done a number of 3Dmark runs and played Everquest for awhile with no problems. Yet I am still nervious about the fast times damaging the card. Think its safe to play with it at these speeds?
 
If it works it works. Looks like you got a GREAT card. Just make sure it's completely stable. If you're really nervous about it, back off the overclock a bit. (BTW, my BFG gets to 475/975)
