Howard has an ongoing thread about kitchen wares and the like. Well I had a chance to go to the Pacific Mall in the Toronto area and go the the CCK store. It was awesome!

Got a small and a large slicer, since that's about 90% of what goes on with a knife in the kitchen. Nicely made and razor sharp!

I have one similar to the top picture. They're great for chopping bones, ie., chicken legs.

$70 and $42 respectively.

Ms D, you wouldn't use these for chopping. These are for slicing.
