I can't find these at the places I've looked

It says 3.0 so it probably is. They probably just use generic pictures, never ever ever go by a product you are buying online by looking at the picture.

BTW, MS part # is B75-00057, do a google search on that

I'm a little skepticle about that yahoo store...

first it's an yahoo store

second it's the wrong picture

third, no matching sku to verify it's the right product....the wrong picture does not phase me, but if the sku does not match..I'm sure it's not the same mouse...

second it's the wrong picture

Just call them and confirm whether or not it is infact the 3.0 model
