This thing has two balls in it, placed on each side of your spine and it kneeds your muscles in circular motions. Up and down, up and down. It's like heaven. I used that thing for 20 minutes yeterday. I run so often, and my back gives me problems alot.
I can hardly move today I am so sore. But in a good way.
I borrowed it from my mom. I think I am going to convienantly forget to return it.
