Chaintech ZNF 150

I recently bought a 512MB stick of Corsair XMS PC3200 ram. It was rated at 2-3-3-6 1t, model is cmx3200c2pt(has a platinum heat spreader, the ). Well I installed it on my board and tried to configure it to match those timings. My board as described in the title is the chaintech ZNF 150. Well I set the timings in the bios, but when I saved to cmos, as the boot up process began it still showed the old memories speeds of 3-3-3-8?! When I check a windows program, cpu-z it also showed 3-3-3-8! I'm positive that its the board, but I was hoping someone might know a way for me to get this board to do the right timings? I have the latest bios, although chaintechs site is slow and they don't update much.
