building a new system for summer so far I have:

what I PLAN to get
venice 3200+
160gb SATA
1 gig corsair valueselect
I don't care about sataII or any extra junk. I am concerned with stability, and some overclockability (some) Does the gigabyte's 800mhz htt max hinder its performance, or is that not a factor? Also for these boards would a 3000 venice be better? or Is it safe to stick with the 3200? Thanks
